Great EV sign with Parking P signage on Bridge Street. Four CCS ChargePoint hubs at ~7 kW, enough to get about 20 miles in 90 minutes in our Audi E-tron while at dinner. Chargers are located behind dumpsters on right and not readily initially visible. Thank you, Hartford!
Chargers were not easily findable on ChargePoint app, but visible in Google and Apple Maps, and I was able to use my ChargePoint app after connected to monitor charging.

Charged successfully. charged for about 1.5 hours and coast a little of 2$. very handy spot out of the way. however once you get to the lot the chargers are behind the dumpster... took a few seconds to find.
