I went here yesterday and the parking lot was being paved and could not use the chargers. When will it be re-opened?

As others have noted - slow!

You will get between 27-40kw, if your vehicle needs charging, budget at least an hour to get some mileage. If both chargers are in use, it's slower.

Initially arrived and was stuck at 30 kWh as another vehicle was charging, but once the vehicle moved, I changed spot and I was able to charge at 90 kWh.
