Red-E support corrected the labels on the chargers screens to reflect the port 1/2 discrepancy. Selecting L2-1 or L2-2 now matches the port number on the device screen.

The ChargeHub app has the two ports switched. If you're selecting port 1 (L2-1) you're actually activating port 2 (L2-2). Who corrects this?

Tried again using the ChargeHub app to activate port 2 (L2-2) and it wouldn't activate. A Rivian owner pulled up and he confirmed he charged here but using the Red-E app. What I found out is what the Red-E app has as port 2 the ChargeHub app says is port 1 (L2-1). When I switched and activated port 2 (L2-2) in the ChargeHub app the charging started. Then the app says port 1 (L2-1) is in use and port 2 (L2-2) is available!!!! The app does not have the ports configured correctly.

ChargeHub app wouldn't activate the charger even after device showing 'in use'. Downloaded the Red-E app and couldn't get past the 'terms and conditions' screen with error message 'The ip address field is required'. Called the support number on the device and got a case opened on the Red-E app issue and was successfully walked thru activating the charger using the QR code on the screen method. Charging now. The location is off Center Street across from 37 Center Street. There is no access from Kingman Street as the chargers are located at the back of the parking lot with access from Center Street.
