I received an email that this station was fixed, but it's still offline. I contacted sandy city but they just redirected me back to charge hub. Who can I contact to get an actual technician out to this charger?

Hello- I reported this station in the past and received an email that the issue was fixed. I checked today (1/31/25) and it's still not operational.
