Can you guys look into this charger? It has been broke for four months. I’m able to use it for 20 minutes and then it breaks. It’s a very inconvenient after you guys fix it. Can you bring electric car to make sure it charges?

It will only charge your car 5-7 Minutes at a time and then it takes almost 4 weeks for you guys to come out and fix it can we please get this resolved can you guys please service And then try it out with an electric car because it says fixed it will charge your car for five minutes and then it’s broke for another month

The station is defective the only station by me you guys fixed it I don’t know if you didn’t test it with an electric car it only works for four minutes and then messes up every time can we please get this issue
