There are only 4 ports now. The far right one if you're facing the ports is #5 in this app. I'm assuming the one next to it is #4 but I'm not sure.

J1772 Charging station with 4 ports. The app says there are more but it's out of date. I think there were more in the past but not anymore. It's a great location and easy to find. It's in the Whole Foods parking complex at the opposite end behind Burger King and across from American Home. It changed at 2.5kWh.
