Station defective

There is one charger that is unavailable. This one charging unit has been unavailable for at least 4 weeks. This should not happen, because people need the change. Now I am forced to travel another couple miles to charge my vehicle. I told the REC center and they said it was a town problem. Charging companies need to regular maintenance on their units to avoid unavailable charging units .

The J1772 connector are showing signs of wear. This leads to unsuccessful charging at times. I’ve had a couple of instances where the connector would not click when I connected to my car.

I have not been able to charge at this station the last couple times.

I had a negative experience. Not enough charge ports, only 2.
