Address is wrong. The address came to a random house on a small road.

Station only works when you use their app. Also if you’re just downloading the applgreen app, it will only activate if you call the number on the station. I would avoid if possible

Takes Gulf Card only.

How can there be only ONE charger on a thruway service area? Seriously?? And it’s got to be the slowest most temperamental thing. I had to unplug and restart 3 times. It kept freezing on me.

Credit card didn’t work but App did. Why only one unit. Put in a few more!

Currently out of service. NYS Thruway should not contract with companies that offer a single charger and then not maintain them. It is exactly these decisions that will slow the growth of EV’s
