West Washington Street Lot - Syracuse, NY EV Charging Stations

So easy to charge, able use debit/credit card tap. technically the parking lot is $2 an hour to park there and it maxes at 2 hours but I've been told they don't tend to check the EVS because we're obviously not trying to abuse the parking situation
