J1772 plug not working. Opposite charger in parking lot are 5 new appearing stations that are paid (ChargeSmart EV) which worked

j1772 plug was not operational when we visited today. just a bare pole! hotel says it was sent out for repair, weeks ago!

Awesome station. One suggestion would be to stripe the asphault and put up signs to prevent ICE vehicles parking in front of the chargers
