Horrible experience with ViaLynk and their services. Constantly offline and unavailable for connection issues. Having to drive way out of the way to charge now. I can't depend on the only charger in our town which truly sucks. So disappointed. Had the same issue in Fishkill with them. ViaLynk not dependable.
