Only charging at 80 kW so very slow. Had to wait an hour because everyone was charging slowly. One empty car had been there blocking a charger had been left a long time because trash was stacked around it. One charger not working.

2023 Ford Lightning I used this app without an account two times in the previous five days and everything worked fine and my truck charged up to 90%. I am not at this station and it has been giving my truck a hard time. Very frustrating but customer service was very helpful!!!
