The station is defective, both chargers! Tried multiple times on separate days

The station is defective.Plug on the left does not release after scanning ChargePoint app. Plug on the right is broken. Doesn't lock or charge vehicle.

Works fine. Not sure why these done show up on ChargePoints app. 1 of the 2 ports is broken. It's free. Station faces paseo verde parkway.

#1 didn’t work on two different cars. It would get stuck on “waiting for vehicle.”
