Charger is on the side of the building where the gas pumps are. The hoses don’t pull very well, so it’s hard to get them to the charge port. You may need to part at a different angle than the parking spot suggests. Also, although there are 2 pots, there is technically only 1 parking space.

There was a car charging when we arrived. We started the charge with the second port but it is very slow and was difficult to get the charge cable to reach the car. I’m assuming the slowness is because we are the second car charging. The EV charging infrastructure is so much better along the NY thruway. Mass needs to catch up.

is now an Autel ??? had to download app, but eventually got it going - approx 36 cents per kwh

Charging at 45kW. Slightly funny payment set up, but kept trying till it took my card.

Pulled up and charger appeared operational. Tried to start it and charging failed TWICE. I called customer support and they told me the station was down for remote maintenance. NETA

Charged successfully. Took two tries to connect, but then worked fine.

The station is defective. Customer Service said I was charging. 20 minutes later, my car had not charged. Will not use EVGo again
