Charger 3 not working

Took a couple of unplug, replug to get it to activate. Cold and windy outside so definitely not pleasant. A guy with an adapter had the same problem and gave up. I can’

chademo not working. everything else is.

I started on station 4 at 28% charge. After an hour I returned. It had stopped at 62% charge, not enough for my round trip. Changed to station 2. Seems okay for now.

All the chargers are on reduced power. The 350kw chargers are only 93kw. Last year these were outputting 244kw for my I5. EA customer service won’t answer the phone.

On the far East end of the mall

Received conflicting info about my charge via my phone. Only charged my Bolt at 31kW despite being the only car. Glad to find the charger as there aren’t many in this area.
