it was yet another painful experience at a shell recharge but thankfully it worked, eventually. we try very fard not to use shells for this very reason. there chargers never seem to work right or are so user unfriendly it's not worth the aggravation of a stop.

these shell recharge stations are not user friendly as we found with our Lightening and the Tesla beside us. several minutes and calls later to shell service and it got activated for each of us. once it's on its fast at this one at 142 kwh at the peak charge
