must use "turn on green" website by scanning QR code on the charger. I had started charging. All I needed was a few miles so I could get home, and I knew it would take some time. I locked my car and went to get lunch while it charged. came back about 45 minutes later...it was no longer charging and said it had charged for only 8 minutes!!!!! apparently you can't walk away?? what is the point then?! it's a slow charger! completely infuriating. also, there are only 2 ports, not 4!
