Agree about the handicap space being used at EV point. Cars parked there are not EV’s.Also, lot needs to have better signage re:where charger is in lot.

Usually 3 of the 4 chargers work. Seems faster is less people are charging at the same time. It’s irritating that one of the stalls is also handicapped and/or EV. I wish Target would not do this. Especially since it uses so many spaces for its online pick up customers.
