The problem here is the Chargehub app itself is defective. The app is telling me that there are two charging stations and one is in use and one is available. So I tried to activate the one that is available and it directed me to plug in my EV, however I could not get it plugged in quickly enough and the screen reset to the opening Available screen. When I tried to go back into the app and reactivate the charging station, this time it tells me that one station is in use and one is available but the station that is available is now greyed out and it says "unavailable' next to it. The station that is currently in use, however, gives me the option to activate it after warning me that it is currently in use already. I tried closing my app, logging out of my app, calling charge point and having them reset the station for me but still the app tells me that the station I'm parked at is available and then immediately says it's unavailable with no option to click or try to activate it at all. It will let me activate the station that is currently in use by someone else though. Of course, I can't even calling chargehub for assistance with this matter because they only keep very limited office hours m-f 9am to 5pm and so unfortunately I don't even have any recourse to request a refund for at least a few more hours
