Not able to find port

When I arrived there around 2 pm, all four charging stations were being used. Even though the battery was fully charged, one of the owners was not there to drive away. I had to wait about 20 minutes to connect the charger to my suv. Being that it was a 6.8 kw charger, the charging process was slow. I was able to charge the battery up to 36% from 27% in about two hours. I wish they had a fast charger. However. I am glad the charging stations were inside a garage as it was raining at the time.
