Elder Ford of Tampa EV Charging Stations

My 1st paid charger use on this network and not a fan of it at all! Tesla is way easier then this?? You need to hury up and get compatible with Tesla's superchargers?????? This one also costed more at the end of the charge but it took longer on a so called fast charge and at the end, it was so hard to remove the charging device? Not as simple as just pressing the top button n remove. It was stuck n the red-light was blinking. I had to get help. Luckily the dealership guys were still there to press some other Lil button on the side that you barely can see ?? and is not labeled to know I need to press 2 buttons. The wand is big n bulky and hard to remove even with pressing 2 buttons. I think I should of got another Tesla! Thank GOD this is a lease and I'm already not liking it!
