I tried using 2 different ports. Neither would read my credit card. Even when I called the service number. And they rebooted both (took 6 minutes each) they STILL DID NOT WORK. It is such a joke that the state of CT transport dept puts these in and they don’t work. There are only three comments on these charges and they all say the same thing. Only one of the chargers can actually read credit cards.

The person before me charged successfully but the machine would not read my credit card and no one picked up the toll free customer service phone number. I was on hold for 10 minutes and then gave up.
