Charged right up in 30 minutes

I've been there 4 times and only got to charge once. The charger shows that the payment system was not available. Thursday 8:30 pm. but the maps on my phone and the car showed available. Please update the availability . the time I did get to charge, it was great. Fast and easy-to-use.
