No cell signal means no phone functionality. Perhaps they will work with a ChargePoint card?

Ample underground chargers BUT without a cell signal downstairs, neither this app nor ChargePoint, can work. So here’s the cheat code: pick the charger closest to the ramp (Retail 1) so that you are nearly close enough to get cell coverage. You’re welcome.

No cell signal below ground makes using this App or the native ChargePoint, really difficult to use to initiate. Recommend finding a spot as close to the garage entrance to overcome weak cell signal
