Henry M. Gunn High School EV Charging Stations

There are 14 apots yet less than half of the spots were being used by electric vehicles. Other non-electric cars were parked in the stalls and/or not plugged in. There is another parking lot these cars could have parked in, not sure why they are taking up EV charging spots
