I had a negative experience. This station has a one hour parking sign from 8a-6pm. it was 5:15p when I arrived. A Tesla with CA plate #8NXT886 had been parked plugged into the station for nearly 5 hours 4:53:19 seconds. No parking enforcement gave him a ticket!!! I documented everything.
