City of Elk Grove Civic Center- Aquatics EV Charging Stations

One screen is completely black. one screen is on but won't read a credit card. the last one you plug in it doesn't ask for payment. it looks like it's charging. you sit there for 15 minutes. nothing happens. you call the number it rings on end. nobody answers and they hang up on you over and over and over. this is absolutely crazy making this is also the sixth location of chargers I have gone to tonight. it's freezing, it's raining. I'm sick and this is taking 3 hours
