Station can't deliver maximum labeled output of 50KWH. Delivers 20 instead.

It is labeled 50KWh but only delivers 20KWH. Frustrating and sketchy since you pay per time, instead of electricity use.

Lies the max output is 20kwh but they charge you for 50kwh and lie and say the charger is faster than it actually is. waste of time

Says 50 kWh in app and on the charger itself but these liars give u less than half of 50 kwh. Max output I got while charging was 20kwh but the price is charging for more. Update the app to the true kWh rating and stop lying and charging people more than double for less than half of what is supposed to be given. My tesla would’ve charged to 80% from 20% for the same price it took me to go from 1% to 9%

The dealership is closed all day Sunday and they filled up all the parking spots close to the plug so you cannot access it.
