It’s not actually free they charge you $.50 per half hour however, if you have the flow app, I think it only cost $.50

You need to pay for parking. But I noticed that the charge speed is shared amongst the other flo EV chargers in the row, so if there's more than a few vehicles charging at the same time, it will be slow
