VERY VERY slow charger. It charges only about 3-4% in 2 hours.

Everything got fixed now. Works good now. Brand new Flo units. No app required. 2 spots. But very slow. Only 19km/hr.

The charger works as I used it to charge my Tesla however it seems the cable is a bit sensitive I found that it worked better when cable was looped on top of the charger otherwise it keeps stopping charge after a few minutes.
