Failed attempting a charge today, charger display shows "internal fault detected". Charger was blocked by a blue Suburau for at least 2 days in a row.

Staff is nice, but it’s not a level 3 charger. It’s a level 2 ChargePoint a charger at 6.6 kWh

What is the situation with this charger? Is it available to the public? Is it still free? Hard to access the charger when non electric cars are in the way.
