EV Plug flashing red charge fault without even being plugged in!

I was talking to the operator at the Beaver motel. He said to me that he is done with people mistreating his EV charging equipment and doesn't see any use in offering it anymore. He is planning on getting rid of the chargers soon. There will be some L1 receptacles available at motel.

Hotel reception informed me there is some dispute between Tesla and the Hotel owner and as such the chargers locked off and closed. Shame, they lost out on a customer for the night.
