Issues initiating charge, not sure why this is still rocket science for app initiated chargers. 46kwh. We deserve better

The 4 chargers were replaced with 180kw dual chargers. I charged at 180 kw the whole time with a Ioniq 5. Finally a good experience with Ivy, just a bit on the expensive side

Hard to start, stoped by it self twice. Not getting full 100kW even tho my car can and it was warm.

First two stations don’t work but are listed as working

First one stop after 2 min, didn’t want to continue . Second one is broken, third one was listed as not working but I tried and it finally worked. IVY stations are synonymous with high anxiety!
