Petro-Canada - Sudbury, ON EV Charging Stations

Station 2 is buried in snow. Station 1 works. used the ChargeHub app to initiate. the Charge Pointe app did not appear to recognize the station.

Brutal. Card reader doesn’t work. Won’t work with ChargePoint. Tried with ChargeHub but got processing error. Staff onsite unhelpful- suggested Canadian Tire. Phoned Petro Canada and created a ticket.

March 13, 2026, both touch pads for payment are damaged, do not work.

Station not accessible do to snow pile near port #2. cleanliness of snow removal and garbage around charging ports is terrible. Very poorly managed.

Spent an hour trying to get them to works started charging the shut off 3 times. Flo app would not work. Had to download their app but still would not work. Hard to charge in Sudbury. Had to drive to microtel and use ivy. But only one of theirs was working. Have to get Tesla adaptor fir the north

Plugged in to both stations, card reader out of order, app would not connect, connected remotely from a friend’s app and it initiated and then shut off.
