cars are blocking area . unable to charge. this location was good until September.

I did get a successful charge after about 10 minutes of playing with the charging station, car connection and app. Finally after opening the app, plugging in the car, hitting start charge in the app and then waited about a minute for the machine to do its thing I hit the start about and around 35 seconds later it started to charge.
