Both stations are turned off, no power even though there’s power to the gas pumps

The north side charger has been defective for over a month. The one that does work is throttled down to 29kW speed as of my writing this. Typically able to get close to 100kw speed at this charger. Very disappointing.

Charger cable is defective as the CCS adapter is cracked on multiple sections and will it not lock to the car. On board Kia EV6 diagnostic reports damaged charger and failed to start charge. Shell needs to fix this ASAP as they only have one other DC fast charger and the cable is too short to reach vehicles with the charging port on the rear right side of the car.

Positive experience at this location. Fast charging on my Kia EV6 GT. Convenience store with washroom facilities located on site. As well car wash, vacuum and air for tires at this location. Only drawback is there’s only two stations when they should invest in adding more.
