Neither level 3 unit allowed a charge. Problem with Shell app interface?

Station ID 43417 & 43371 were unable to respond to the app to initiate a charge. Kept getting the following message on the app: “Error Unable to process your request please try again later” Reported issues to Shell Recharge via email.

Station ID 43371 shows as “Busy” on the app but there is no vehicle plugged in to it. Does not respond to app to initiate a session. Reported the issue to Shell Recharge.
