According to hotel staff, charger is available for all public to use - not just hotel guests. Be warned that the parking lot is run by Impark and you must pay the daily rate to park here if you're not a hotel guest!

Charging works well. Slow at times though. Staff of the delta are great. They made sure to out a pilon in the spot so we don't get ICE'D and they even shoveled the stall! Heads up, although the Delta is pricier, you're better off staying here than the Confederation Inn..
