charging cables have been cut

This station is defective. It acted as though it were charging my car, it said it was, and it charged me for it, but no charging actually occurred. Something about it is defective/broken.

This station has been either vandalized or permanently shut down. The charging cables have been cut at the base and the station is Off / INOP.
