Winston-Salem EV Charging Stations

it would be great if you could change the signs so it says you can only park here if you're actually using the charger. almost every time I come here someone is parked here either with an electric car or a non-electric car and is not actually charging. they see this as a great free parking spot.

Screen was black - neither charger worked

Charger appeared inoperable - screen was blank and charger did not work. Called the customer support number - no answer.

Never been able to make this unit work.
