One EV the card reader is broken and the other fails to initiate. Only level 2

one charger would not initialize with my ioniq 5 - time out. I had charged elsewhere 1.5 hours earlier and again about .5 hour after this elsewhere. 2nd evse had a damaged card reader . ther is no longer an app so was not able to charge.

One of the ports showed out of order for maintenance. They rebooted inside the station and is now charging just fine at rate of 51 kW

Both chargers working. #1 started at 135, dropped to 80 when another car plugged into #2.

Charged successfully.

When I arrived both chargers appeared to be faulted and not working. Asked cashier to do a power reset and they both came on line. Charged at 100kW avg.

Level 2 charging at 6.5kW for free.
