I had a negative experience.

The station is defective. Called them more then four hours prior to arriving only to find out both chargers were down and due for repair by electrician. I contacted front desk and was directed to someone who was knowledgeable about the chargers but they never called me back nor had anyone relay the state of the charger nor did they update the status of the charger being down so as to avoid being stuck without a charge. I feel reporting charger being out of service is more important then advertising its availability because one would be stranded if they were using their last bit of charge getting to you. Please be mindful of this.

The station is defective and or shut down as I tried to use it and nobody new much about why it was key locked into off position. They mentioned an electrician was to come and address the issue. This was the case for both their chargers. I had called the station four hours before arriving requesting information
