Overflow parking is open however, for the moment, the EV or 15 minute parking applies.

Signage put up in September allows non-electric vehicles 15 minute parking due to overflow parking lot closure until work is complete. These people should be in the Visitors Center. Ask for them to move or wait, especially on weekends and holidays. Christopher Cook, Volunteer at Catoctin Mountain Park.

Just a little juice to try it out. Simplest charger ever. Just plug it in. Works great! I did, however, tie down the retractable cord so it didn't try to pull the charger off the car!
