I could not get this to work - further, the asst. director of capital projects at the USNA came out to tell me it was NOT a public port - and pointed to the 'Govt Vehicles Only' sign - I showed him this site, and app, and told him that it wouldn't be on the app or site if someone hadn't listed it as publicly available - Please clarify! This was a huge inconvenience.
