After getting the parking attendants to help we discovered that you must insert your parking ticket into the silver tower next to the EV charger.

There is no instruction on the charge station and had to get on my flight without getting the charge going. Called this # and its the airport parking folks. They said you are supposed to insert your airport parking lot ticket into the machine.
