I've been to this location 5 times this week and the level2 charging station has been blocked 3 out of the five times by either a person with a handicapped placard (in a non-EV) or an EV vehicle not charging. Very inconvenient and irritating.

very easy access wide parking area, clearly marked and easy to read displays on charging station. price is unknown
