Parked here early to allow more vehicles to charge. Warning on my dash only for students, Facility, and Instructors.

Chapman University. Saw parking ticket meter in lot. called # listed, says today they will let me park 3 hours free limit of charge-point sign. From here forward 2.00 per 2 hrs or 4.00/4 hrs. So not really free. Good for today, though.
