Open 24/7. Max charge length is half an hour, but it can charge a vehicle at 40 kwh per hour. My 2016 E-golf battery only holds about 20 kwh, so it can fully charge my car in half an hour. The catch: costs $.34/kwh. You'll need to dowload the greenlots app, enter a cc number, and turn on the NFC feature on your phone so the RFID reader can read your phone.
