This is at the E Burke Strret Parking lot, between Spring Street and S Queen Street. It is stationed on the immediate right-hand wall as tiu enter the parking lot from the main entrance. ( Be aware that there ate numerous ways to enter the lot.) The single charging port was very easy to use. It was placed there about ten years ago by MTV Solar. It is directly across the street from a church.

I had a difficult time finding this so i have updated the site information. i think that this was the first charging station in Martinsburg.it is the easiest portal to use that i have found to date. it is situated on the. right- hand side of yhe parking lot as you go in the main entranceon the side of a red brick wall/building.
