At 604 W Rosemary St in Carrboro: One of the two charger plugs (the right one) has a broken off tip. This makes it unable to communicate with and charge my car. Please replace that soonest as these chargers are used heavily by those of us unable to install chargers at our residence.

Port 1 charger plug has a broken tip which makes is inoperable with my EV (BMW i4 eDrive40). It appears to work with some vehicles but not all. Please replace asap as demand is high.

after three years of owning a Tesla model three and a few months with a Prius prime, this is the only place I’ve ever been iced, and that includes many long distance trips in my Tesla. Even saw a tesla model y use one of the spots without plugging in, just to avoid paying the parking fee, which means that the spot falsely appeared to be available online.
